Whilst La Pamelita may not be the only sparkling red wine in the world it is certainly garnering quite a reputation as a delicious alternative to other wines produced in Spain; being utterly unique by virtue that is the county’s only sparking red wine. Its creator originally studied bio-physics before finding work in the whisky industry. From there Pamela Geddes, from Bridge of Allan, found her other passion, wine making.
